I have worked as both a volunteer and professional cycling coach for the past 24 years. I am an experienced High Performance Coach, Program Leader and Athletic Development Professional. With proven National pathway experience, I have a well-developed understanding of talent development frameworks, pre-elite and elite cycle coaching capabilities across Regional, State, National and International jurisdictions in the high performance cycling and coaching setting. My vast experience in leading teams, communicating with a variety of high performance stakeholders and project coordination is well honed.
