I plan in advance and send online cycling coaching comments in a timely manner, whilst ensuring there is a fun element built into some of the sessions. I believe that every cyclist, no matter of age or gender, requires a support person as well as a coach. The support person could be a parent, partner, best friend, relative or significant other, that provides an extra level of support throughout the good times and the tough times. Athletes need a little bit of the "mongrel" factor to succeed in the world of high performance with the online coach another option.
